Overlooking New York’s magnificent Hudson River, The Xchange is an incredible loft with over 5,000 square feet of interior space and 1,600 square feet of rooftop space.  It can be transformed to fit any type of event including cocktail parties, seated dinners, product launches, seminars and photo shoots.

Hard Costs:
Cleaning, $300 minimum
Operations, $200 minimum
Garbage Removal, $200 minimum
Freight Elevator, $55 per hour minimum before 8 a.m. and after 8 p.m.
Security, $55 per hour, 1 guard for every 75-100 guests
